Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your SHINE BRIGHT rhinestones, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 8 days of delivery.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it free of charge. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and fix the problem.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It has to be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange will not be accepted. After we've received and inspected your exchange, we will let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
